Hello, We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Moodle Developer / Learning Systems Architect to take full technical ownership of our Moodle ecosystem. This is not a standard Moodle developer role — we are seeking someone capable of architecting and scaling a full learning platform with advanced customization, integrations, and automation. Scope of Work Includes: Custom plugin development (local, block, report, activity modules) Advanced Moodle extension using APIs (without core modification) Designing scalable multi-tenant learning systems Building automation tools (CLI scripts, bulk operations, smart enrollment systems) API integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR systems AI integration (e.g., ChatGPT APIs for adaptive learning & content generation) Performance optimization and database tuning Secure upgrade management and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker preferred) Required Expertise: Strong PHP (OOP) and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Deep knowledge of Moodle APIs (Form API, DML, Events, External APIs) Experience with MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL optimization Linux server administration (Nginx/Apache, PHP-FPM) Proven experience in building scalable LMS architectures Nice to Have: Experience in large-scale training platforms Background in EdTech or NGO/capacity building projects Experience in AI-powered learning solutions Important: Please share: Examples of Moodle plugins or systems you have built Any experience with automation, integrations, or AI in LMS GitHub or portfolio (if available) We are aiming for a long-term collaboration with a strategic technical partner, not just a task-based freelancer.
