Here’s what I’m after: • Develop a Python, PHP, or comparable script that connects to LimeSurvey’s Remote Control API over TLS, generates participant tokens, and pushes them to the survey server. Server A gathers personal registration with languages and adds them to a database Server B hosts Lime Survey already built in 17 languages Must be familiar with Lime Survey and HIPAA compliance needs • Design the database schema on Server A to store personal information safely and generate individual tokens or codes as non identifiable metadata externally. • Build an email scheduler on Server A that sends customized survey links at configurable intervals and tracks delivery outcomes. Research has pre and post intervention and 3 month follow up with email triggers with identifiers to link survey responses to participant • Hand over clean, well-commented code, setup documentation, and a short security memo validating that the survey server never receives PHI.
