I need an experienced Salesforce administrator to take full ownership of three core areas in my org: • User management – set up new profiles, roles, permission sets and deactivate or modify existing ones as staffing changes. • Data management – handle end-to-end data migration from legacy CSV files, clean existing records, and build validation rules to keep everything accurate going forward. • Report generation – design and deliver custom reports and dashboards that surface the KPIs my leadership team tracks weekly. You’ll work in Production and a Sandbox, follow change-set best practices, and document each step so I can maintain the work after hand-off. Successful delivery means users are provisioned correctly, data issues are resolved with clear audit notes, and the agreed custom reports render without errors or governor-limit warnings.
