My Rukovoditel instance needs a focused round of customization that touches three core areas: • User interface design – I already sketched a few layout ideas, colour themes and navigation tweaks, yet I want an experienced hand to refine them into a clean, consistent look that feels native to Rukovoditel. • Workflow automation – several project flows still rely on manual status changes and email follow-ups. I want those steps automated through the built-in business rules and, where sensible, with PHP extensions or the Rukovoditel API. • Database structure – new custom entities and relationships have to be added so reports and dashboards pick up the right metrics without slowing the system. While the broad vision is in place, I am open to your creative suggestions, especially on UI best practices and efficient automation patterns. Acceptance criteria 1. All UI changes load correctly on desktop and mobile without breaking existing themes. 2. Automated workflows run on schedule and trigger the correct notifications/actions with audit logs enabled. 3. New tables, fields and relations are fully documented and appear in the standard backup/export routine. 4. No existing data is lost; a staging environment will be used for testing before going live. Access will be provided to a cloned environment along with my preliminary mock-ups and workflow diagrams. Please bring proven Rukovoditel or similar PHP/MySQL platform experience and be comfortable collaborating iteratively so each feature is reviewed and refined quickly. Please, only who have real experience with rukovoditel. Lets not waste our time, if you do not have experience with rukovoditel.
