Project Description: I am looking for a skilled 3D visualisation/CGI rendering specialist to create high-quality renders for a residential project in the UK. The project consists of two 3-bedroom modern contemporary homes to be built on a riverside plot. The ideal candidate would also have the capability to provide construction/engineering drawings at a later stage for submission to the local governing authority for approval. Key Requirements: 3D visualisations and CGI renders of the proposed homes. Modern and contemporary design. External façade: combination of brick and sheet metal cladding. Outdoor space: garden/patio area with jacuzzi/hot tub, BBQ area, awning, and gazebo designs. Front of property: terrace with parking space for one car. Colour scheme: medium to light tones, avoiding dark themes. Internal Layout (Preferred Design): Basement level: Games section with pool table and air hockey. Small home cinema area. Single washroom. Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen and lounge, leading to garden patio with large glass doors. One bathroom with shower. First floor: 3 bedrooms, including: Master bedroom with ensuite (lay-down bathtub and shower), positioned at the rear of the premises with views of the river stream and surrounding woodland. 2 additional bedrooms. Communal bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, and basin. Additional Notes: The above details represent my preferred design and layout ideas; however, I am open to creative suggestions and professional expertise to enhance the project. Project Milestones: -Concept Development -Review of initial sketches/concepts based on requirements. -Finalisation of design direction (interior & exterior). -3D Visualisations & Renders -Production of high-quality CGI renders (interior, exterior, landscaping). Inclusion of riverside views and outdoor features (terrace, garden, jacuzzi, BBQ, gazebo). Revisions & Final Presentation: -Adjustments based on feedback. -Delivery of final approved renders. -Construction/Engineering Drawings (Optional, Later Stage) -Preparation of architectural/engineering drawings. -Suitable for UK building standards and submission to local authorities for planning approval.
