Hi there We are looking for our WMS to implement also RFID for inventory. Main goal is to scan and get difference what is required and what is actual stock report. Also exit gate tracker is additional plus Device guidance Label/tag guidance Our warehouse management system Is built LARAVEL VUE. We can provide demo. Budget to be discussed Detailed RFID Implementation requirements: 1. EPC and Barcode Synchronization: We need to ensure that each RFID tag’s EPC code corresponds exactly to the product’s existing barcode in our database. In other words, when we program the tags, the EPC value should mirror the barcode number we already use. This keeps everything consistent. 2. TID Uniqueness: Each RFID tag comes with a unique TID, which we’ll use to differentiate individual items. Even if multiple items have the same EPC (because they’re the same product), the TID will always be unique per physical tag. 3. Metal and Liquid Considerations: Since you’ll be tagging items that might be stored on metal surfaces or contain liquids, we need to use RFID tags specifically designed for those conditions. Standard tags might not read reliably otherwise. 4. Printing Details on Tags: We want the ability to print details like the brand name, SKU, and other relevant info directly onto the RFID labels. This way, when we print in bulk, the tags can be easily matched and placed on the correct boxes without confusion. 5. Suggested Workflow Before Programming: Here’s an idea for the process: • Step 1: Scan or import all the barcodes into the system if they aren’t already there. • Step 2: Assign each barcode to an RFID EPC in the software, essentially creating a mapping so the tag programming knows which EPC corresponds to which product. • Step 3: Program the tags in a batch process, letting the system write the correct EPC to each tag. • Step 4: Simultaneously print out the labels with all the needed info (brand, SKU, etc.) so you can apply them right after programming.
