For each focus area: prepare and present: Revised Design Development Drawings Site plan, space plan, reflected ceiling plan, and codes analysis, updated and enhanced with clarity and intent. For each focus area, forge two original construction details (total of 4): Details should reflect custom, innovative components: millwork, lighting, sustainable features, inclusive design, custom furniture, etc. Avoid standard details—this is your chance to demonstrate critical thinking and custom design solutions. Apply proper line weights, hatching, dimensions, annotations, and keynotes that align with your drawings and your spec book. (WILL SEND REVIT FILE AND SPECIFICS ON EACH FOCUS AREA AND CASEWORK) 2D Visual Studies Interior and exterior elevations and building sections with details 3D Explorations Rendered interior and exterior perspectives or physical model photos that immerse viewers in the space. Spaces should feel alive—populate them with entourage and visual energy. Enlarged Floor Plans + RCPs Detailed layouts with furniture placement, floor finishes, and ceiling treatments. Show ceiling conditions as dashed lines and annotate heights, finishes, and materials. Include a matching reflected ceiling plan with lighting, materials, and ceiling conditions clearly indicated.
