Our Java-based REST service was shut down along with the rest of our private-cloud stack for an extended period. Everything else is back, but the API itself remains unreachable, so I need an experienced Java developer who can diagnose why it fails to start, reinstate it, and verify that every endpoint responds correctly. You will have access to the existing codebase and the private cloud console. I expect you to trace dependency or configuration drift that may have surfaced during the downtime, rebuild or re-deploy the service, and hand back a fully functioning API.
