Once I supply site photos, approximate dimensions and a short list of style references, the task is to translate that information into a realistic digital model, then deliver high-resolution stills plus a short camera fly-through. I’m comfortable with whichever tool suits you best—SketchUp + Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Twinmotion, etc.—as long as the final files remain editable and the renders look convincing to a homeowner.
