New Entryway Design- We are making the front of the home flat to add more living space to the interior of the home. Therefore, we need some assistance to create an attractive entry that is warm and inviting. Incorporating the use of planters and tropical hedges is welcome. Also, good quality up/down lighting. Must compliment the new roof design. Include Windows and Doors in rendering. Back Terrace should be fully covered by the roof, and screened with a service door that allows easy access to the back of the home/kitchen from the detached garage/covered parking.
