I am re-imagining an existing classical residence so that every exterior element feels unmistakably Renaissance and unmistakably regal. Before we go further, please attach at least one previous façade you have executed in this style—submissions without a relevant sample will be archived. Scope of the redesign The work is limited to the exterior envelope: • Roof level: a rooftop “royal garden” framed by Doric pillars. Above it, a glass canopy integrated with discreet solar panels should read light and airy yet stay true to period proportions. • Parapet: introduce an intricately carved royal parapet that crowns the building and carries the garden theme around the entire perimeter. • Second floor & ground: continue the Doric language—full columns at the sides of the second floor and a smaller rhythm on the ground level to anchor the massing without feeling heavy. • Windows: elongate where it improves harmony and surround each opening with refined decorative mouldings; two mini balconies will be positioned on elevations I will mark up. • Patios: in front, create a driveway patio supported by columns, then a second patio with no pillars that still feels ceremonious. Deliverables 1. Concept elevation(s) with proposed massing, column placement, rooftop garden layout and parapet profile. 2. Finalized 3D renders (or detailed CAD elevations) showing materials, moulding profiles and solar-glass solution. 3. A concise specification sheet listing column dimensions, carving motifs, parapet section and window trim details. All work should align authentically with Renaissance precedents while staying buildable with modern construction techniques.
