You’ll greet visitors, answer product or policy questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate anything technical or account-specific to the right teammate. Clear written English, a calm tone, and the ability to think on your feet are essential. Experience with popular chat platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus; if you’re comfortable learning new tools quickly, we’ll get you up to speed. Availability during our core hours (outlined after hire) and reliable internet are must-haves. I’ll provide FAQs, style guidelines, and access credentials. All I need in return is consistent coverage, concise chat logs, and a brief end-of-shift summary so I can spot trends and follow up where necessary.
