Refined CAD Bracket Design

I have a rough Onshape model of a small steel bracket that will hold an LED light, but the file needs professional refinement. The overall geometry works; what I’m looking for now is a cleaner, production-ready CAD file with noticeably smoother edges and well-finished surfaces so it’s ready for laser cutting or CNC bending. I would also like to 3D print a plastic version first before I use good stainless steel. You’ll start from my existing Onshape file and tidy up the part. I can provide images of existing metal brackets for guidance as well. Deliverables • 2 Revised native files that I can open in Onshape (One for 3D printing that will have a 90 degree bend in it and one without bend for the stainless steel part - it will be cut out and then bent on a break.) I’ll be available to answer measurements or tolerance questions right away and can validate the final fit on my end. If you see any quick wins for strength or manufacturability beyond edge smoothing, feel free to suggest them.
