Recreate Commercial Building Structural Model

I have an existing architectural 3D model of a commercial building, but the structural elements are broken, mis-aligned, and in some areas completely missing. I need the entire structural framework rebuilt from scratch while keeping the current exterior skin intact, so that the model is ready for accurate load-studies and clean documentation. You may work in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or any comparable BIM/CAD tool—as long as the final geometry is watertight and true to scale, I’m flexible. The original file (in .skp) and reference PDFs will be supplied immediately after award. Deliverables • A fully repaired 3D file with corrected structural components (native format + an .fbx or .obj export). • A brief change log noting what was rebuilt and how clashes with the façade were resolved. Acceptance criteria • All beams, columns, slabs, and core walls sit precisely on grid lines and floor levels. • No flipped normals, duplicate faces, or non-manifold geometry. • The model opens without errors in both the native app and Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection. If you’ve handled commercial builds before and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
