[ IMPORTANT ] Please read the full project description carefully before bidding. Simple task with potential for long-term collaboration. Project Description We are looking for an experienced SolidWorks professional to rebuild a simple bottle design based on an existing STL file. The bottle is a tapered hexagonal 500ml glass-style shape similar to a soda bottle. Your job is to recreate it as a clean SolidWorks model, add a uniform 2.5mm wall thickness, replace the bottle top with one of the reference tops provided, and include a specific cavity feature on the angled ledge of the bottle. Included Files & References You will receive the file “SW-HG-500ml-Bottle-Bulk_12-02-2025.stl”, which represents the internal 500ml bulk volume. You may or may not use this file directly; it is provided mainly to show the intended internal shape and size. You will also receive “SW-HG-500ml-Bottle-oriface_12-02-2025.stl”, which is a rough example of how the bottle looks after thickening; your job is to recreate this properly and cleanly. Additional reference images such as “Required Top of the bottle (1)” and “Required Top of the bottle (2)” indicate the top/neck design we want. Other images titled “Required bottle with cavity and skull01”, “Required bottle with cavity and skull”, “Required bottle with only cavity”, and “Required bottle with no cavity” show the required bottle shape and cavity placement. Cavity Requirement A round cavity/hole must be added on the angled ledge of the bottle (as shown in the reference images). This cavity should be large enough to accommodate women’s finger rings or round/skull beads of approximately 12–13 mm height, width, or depth. The cavity must be cleanly modeled and integrated into the surface. Modeling Requirements You will cleanly rebuild the STL into a smooth SolidWorks model, generate a uniform 2.5mm hollow shell, remove the original STL mesh after reconstruction, attach the correct bottle top from our provided references, and ensure a smooth transition between the body and the new top. The final shape must closely match the intended design shown in the files and images. Deliverables You must deliver a clean SolidWorks part file (.SLDPRT), plus STEP and STL exports if required. The final model must be watertight, cleanly surfaced, free of mesh artifacts, and ready for manufacturing, mold making, or rendering. Required Skills Advanced SolidWorks modeling, STL reconstruction/remodeling, surface cleanup, shell/wall-thickness creation, and familiarity with bottle/packaging design.
