The core services are straightforward: customers must be able to settle their electricity, water or gas bills and top-up their mobile numbers in just a few taps or clicks. Here is the flow I have in mind. A user lands on the web portal or opens the Android app, signs in, chooses the service (utility or mobile recharge), enters the account or phone details, reviews the amount, and pays. Immediately after payment they should receive a confirmation screen and a digital receipt via e-mail/SMS. Accuracy and near-real-time updates from the service providers are essential, so the back end has to handle API callbacks and status polling reliably. To make that possible I need: • A modern, brandable web front end and a matching Android app built with clean, modular code. • A secure RESTful API panel that the front end and app both consume, including role-based access for me to manage operators, plans, user accounts, transaction logs and refunds. • Integration with at least one widely used Indian payment gateway plus hooks for additional gateways later. • Proper error handling, transaction reconciliation and automated alerts in case of failed or pending payments. You are free to select the tech stack you are most comfortable with—popular pairings like React / React Native with Node.js or Laravel, or even Flutter for the app side, are all fine as long as the result is performant and maintainable. Acceptance criteria: the Android build passes Play Console checks, the web app renders well on major browsers, and every end-to-end transaction (utility or mobile) can be traced from initiation to provider confirmation in the admin dashboard.
