I’ve built a functional, hand-shaped prototype of a golf putter head and have a full set of reference photos. Now I need that physical shape transferred into a precise digital form so I can move straight into CNC or additive manufacturing. The end goal is a watertight STL file that matches the prototype’s outer geometry and critical dimensions; no internal cavities or elaborate surface textures are required at this stage. You’ll receive high-resolution images from every angle, close-ups of key features, and measurements taken off the prototype. Using that information, please recreate the putter head in CAD, keep edges crisp and curvature smooth, and ensure the model is mill-ready. An artistic sense would be very helpful. I will put a premium on someone who has a demonstrated ability to sculpt a clean flowing design. The approximate dimensions are 110mm long, 15mm thick and 83mm tall. Deliverables • STL file suitable for machining or 3-D printing • STEP file (.step, .stp) • Native Fusion 360 .f3d (Fusion Design) is desirable. • Confirmation that major dimensions align with the supplied measurements (±0.1 mm tolerance) If you work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or a comparable package, that’s perfect, but only the final STL and STEP are mandatory.
