I need an Android utility app built from scratch and taken all the way to a live listing on Google Play. The entire purpose of the app is to give users curated daily health and hygiene tips in a clean, lightweight interface—think quick inspiration rather than a complex tracker. Because I purposely don’t want push notifications, the advice should appear only when the user opens the app. Here’s what the finished job looks like: • Signed release AAB (or APK if you prefer) compiled in either Kotlin or Java, ready for upload • A simple, modern UI that lists one tip per day and lets users swipe back through previous tips • Complete Play Console setup: screenshots, short description, long description, privacy policy link and proper category selection so the app is approved on first review • Transfer of source code and keystore once the listing is live Acceptance is complete only when the app is publicly searchable on Google Play and installs without errors on the latest Android versions.
