We want to build a real estate survey and property management mobile app for our company. This app will be used internally by our team to capture and manage property survey data along with location and media details. The main purpose of the app is to allow our team to add property survey entries where they can save complete details of a property. Each entry should include property information such as property name, type (builder floor, plot, etc.), category, owner type, and whether it is resale or new. The app must also store location details including full address, area, and Google Maps location using latitude and longitude with a map picker. For media, we do not want to store heavy files in Firebase. Videos will be uploaded on YouTube and images will be uploaded on external platforms like Cloudinary. The app should allow saving YouTube links and image URLs and display them properly inside the app. The app should have a structured system where each property can have multiple floors. At the property level, we need basic details and total number of floors. At the floor level, we need details like floor number, BHK type, size, price, and parking availability. There should be user login with role-based access such as admin and survey agents. The system should also support multiple companies with proper data separation. The admin should be able to manage dropdown values like locations, property categories, and owner types. Admin should also be able to activate or deactivate these options and manage users. The app should include search and filtering so that users can find properties based on location, budget, and type. A basic dashboard should also be available to show total properties, surveys, and user activity. The developer should have experience with database design, role-based systems, and API integrations. The app should be fast, scalable, and clean in design. We plan to expand this app with CRM features, property listing portal, map-based search, and WhatsApp integration, so the structure should be built keeping this in mind. The final deliverable should be a fully working mobile app with a clean database structure and basic documentation. Deployment support would be a plus. This is an urgent project and we need it delivered in 15-20 days. Ans this is a personal project. All the rights of the app will be with the company.
