We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our portfolio of website and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking all ongoing tasks and projects, ensuring seamless communication across various teams, and maintaining project momentum. Key responsibilities include: - Tracking all items related to our numerous websites and marketing projects, with a focus on activities communicated via Slack. - Ensuring all team members are consistently updated with their latest assignments and project requirements. - Proactively driving projects forward to meet deadlines and objectives. - Providing regular, important updates and work-in-progress reports for review and approval. - Facilitating the client approval process, including presenting work and gathering feedback. - Effectively relaying client feedback to the appropriate team members, such as designers and developers, to ensure accurate revisions and successful project completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing multiple digital projects.
