I have around 15 photographs that I’d like converted into a carved-ready 3D relief for a decorative CNC project. The final model does not have to capture every pore, but it should still preserve key contours and textures at a solid medium-detail level so the finished piece looks crisp once milled. I’ll provide the original photo in high-resolution format. From you, I need a clean, watertight 3D file—preferably STL or OBJ—scaled for a 300 mm × 300 mm work area (I can adjust if needed). A neutral Z-height that suits common woodworking setups is fine; I’ll handle tool-pathing in Aspire once the model is approved. Acceptance criteria • Accurate likeness of the subject, clearly recognizable when rendered • Even relief depth with no inverted surfaces or stray artifacts • File opens error-free in Vectric Aspire and shows normals oriented correctly If you typically model in ZBrush, Blender, ArtCAM, or similar packages, that works for me as long as the exported file meets the above points. A quick viewport screenshot and clay render for review before final hand-off would be helpful. Turnaround within a few days is ideal, but let me know what is realistic for you.
