The current patient report layout in my system is showing obvious alignment issues, and two crucial data sections never appear at all. I need the template cleaned up so every column aligns neatly on screen and in print, and the missing sections—Patient’s contact information and full Medical history—display exactly where they belong. Once the existing format is solid, I also want a brand-new page that lets authorised staff click a button and immediately generate a Daily patient summary report. The page should follow the same styling as the rest of the application, pull data in real time, and export to both PDF and on-screen view without breaking the new alignment rules. Acceptance will be simple: • Revamped report shows correct alignment in all tested browsers and exported PDFs. • Contact details and Medical history fields populate with live data for every patient record. • New Daily patient summary page builds, previews, and downloads the report in one step. All source files and clear setup notes are part of the final hand-off so I can deploy straight to production.
