Project Title ATS Workflow Optimization and System Enhancement for Department-Based Recruitment Management Project Description We are using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that follows a hierarchical recruitment workflow involving BDE, departmental teams, Team Leads, recruiters, and automated dashboards. The current system requires improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, automation, usability, and data management. The objective of this project is to analyze the existing ATS workflow and implement enhancements to resolve operational challenges and improve recruitment performance. Current Workflow Overview The ATS process follows this structure: Client → BDE → Department Assignment → Team Lead → Recruiters → Candidate Processing → System Dashboard → Client Update While the hierarchy ensures control and data segregation, several workflow and system limitations are affecting productivity. Identified Issues 1. Manual communication dependency between roles. 2. Limited automation in candidate processing stages. 3. Slow data updates and tracking visibility. 4. Complex workflow navigation for recruiters. 5. Limited role-based dashboard customization. 6. Inefficient candidate verification and approval flow. 7. UI/UX needs modernization. 8. Reporting and analytics are not fully automated.
