I have a continuous pipeline of building projects that require a dependable structural specialist who works natively in Autodesk Revit. Most assignments revolve around creating and maintaining a clean, fully coordinated structural model, then converting that model into clear construction documents that my wider design team can rely on at every stage of the job. Your day-to-day work may include: • Setting up new Revit structural models or picking up and refining existing ones • Adding beams, columns, walls, foundations, rebar, and connections with the correct families and parameters • Generating sheets, views, schedules, and details ready for permit or construction issue • Exporting Revit models to IFC, DWG, or Navisworks for clash detection and consultant coordination • Responding promptly to red-line comments and revision cycles Please be comfortable moving from early concept massing through to final shop-drawing-level detailing, always keeping file size lean and work-sharing best practices in mind. Strong English communication is essential because you’ll join regular screen-share sessions with me and sometimes with architects or MEP engineers. To be considered, send: 1. A short note on your structural Revit experience, including the versions you regularly use 2. Two or three sample sheets or a live link to a model that best shows your detailing quality 3. Your typical turnaround time for a small structural set (foundation plan, framing plan, two sections, and schedules) I’m aiming for a long-term collaboration, so reliability and consistency will outweigh the lowest hourly rate. If our trial task runs smoothly, expect a steady stream of new models each month.
