I am rolling out Odoo in my company and will start with the Sales and Inventory modules. The goal is a clean, production-ready instance configured to match our current workflows and stocked with all historic data. Scope of work • Configure and fine-tune Odoo Sales and Inventory so that quoting, order processing, stock moves, and replenishment mirror the way we operate today. • Import every record—customers, suppliers, products, price lists, stock levels, open orders, and transaction history—so there is no break in reporting or traceability. This is a full data migration from our legacy ERP; mapping, cleansing, and validation are part of the job. • Train my team on the new environment and leave clear documentation so we can maintain basic settings ourselves. Deliverables 1. Live Odoo instance (community or enterprise—happy to discuss the best fit) with Sales and Inventory fully operational. 2. Complete migrated database, verified against source totals. 3. Step-by-step hand-over guide and a brief training workshop (recorded session is fine). Acceptance criteria • All migrated figures reconcile 100 % with the legacy system. • Users can create a quote, confirm a sale, and see the corresponding stock movement without errors. • Pick/pack/ship flow completes successfully on test orders.
