Three sub accounts finance, operations, and customer service need to see data for all companies only in their own area. Contacts and products are created as drafts seen only by the creator and admin. Admin approves. After approval the records are read only for sub accounts. Changes go through a new draft. Block bulk export for sub accounts. Same limits on mobile.
