I’m refreshing my brand’s interface and need every screen, component and micro-interaction to feel light, spacious and calming. Until I supply the final color swatches, please work exclusively with a neutral, airy scheme built around soft grays. The end result should read as clean and minimalist rather than stark, with generous white space, understated typography and subtle accent tones that can be easily swapped once the definitive palette arrives. Here’s how I’d like us to proceed: • Deliver a compact style guide (typography hierarchy, gray scale, spacing and shadow rules) alongside a small UI kit covering headings, buttons, form inputs and icon treatments. • Apply that system to 3–5 representative desktop and mobile layouts so I can visualise the approach in context. Figma is preferred for easy hand-off. • Leave colour variables clearly labelled so, when I share the exact notes, updating is a quick pass instead of a rebuild. The work should evoke calm through simplicity rather than ornamental detail; animation, if used, should be subtle and purposeful. Responsive behaviour, accessibility contrast checks and pixel‐perfect alignment will be part of acceptance. Once the greyscale foundation is approved, we can discuss phase two for the full colour integration.
