We are facing a payment gateway issue on our Shopify store (House of Varada). When a customer clicks “Pay Now” during checkout, the following error appears: “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.” I can share the recording as well. Shopify support reviewed the logs and confirmed that Instamojo is returning a 401 authentication error, indicating an authorization failure between Shopify and Instamojo. Instamojo support has stated that our account is active, but the problem persists. Additionally, our Portone login shows: “Login has been disabled for Merchant by the Master Merchant.” We need an expert to: Diagnose and fix the Instamojo → Portone → Shopify connection issue Verify and correct API credentials / integration settings Restore successful payment processing Test and confirm transactions end-to-end Required experience: Shopify payment gateway integrations Instamojo Portone or similar payment API debugging Authentication / authorization / server error handling This is urgent and needs immediate attention.
