I need a working MVP that covers the full trucking workflow on three fronts: a customer-facing mobile app, a driver-facing mobile app, and a lightweight web dashboard for operations. Purpose The customer app must let shippers request a truck for their load, watch its progress on a live map, and stay in direct contact with the driver. On the other side, the driver app should surface incoming orders, allow quick acceptance or rejection, and keep the load status updated until delivery is complete. The web dashboard will give my team basic oversight of active trips, registered users, and key metrics.
