The portfolio above shows sixteen in-house and client-facing applications that have grown over the years. It is time for a coordinated upgrade, starting with two priority platforms and then moving through the rest of the list. Phase 1 – LG Redemption System (LG Electronic Indonesia, 2021) The new release must let customers create accounts, sign in securely, track every product redemption they submit, and receive timely notifications whenever a promotion goes live or their claim status changes. The current code base exists, yet the UX is dated and the tracking logic is fragmented across several tables; a clean module rewrite is preferred to quick patches. Phase 1 – Sistem Approval Documentation – DPR RI (2023) This web app will handle sensitive government documentation, so a robust approval workflow is critical. Core features required are: • Document submission with metadata capture and quick search • Multi-level approval routing that reflects real-world sign-off hierarchies • Version control with full history, diff view, and rollback Security, role management, and audit trails are expected across both systems. Next Phases After these two are stable in production, attention will shift to the remaining applications on the list—ranging from an ERP (2025) to legacy SMS-gateway solutions (2014). The long-term goal is to bring the entire suite onto a modern, loosely-coupled architecture so future upgrades can happen module by module instead of as large redeployments. Deliverables 1. Source code, documented and version-controlled 2. Deployment scripts or Docker images ready for staging and production 3. User and admin manuals in English 4. A short hand-over workshop (remote is fine) to walk through architecture, build process, and troubleshooting basics Acceptance Criteria • All listed Phase 1 features work end-to-end without critical bugs • OWASP Top-10 scan returns no high-severity issues • Page load times below 2 s on a 4 Mbps connection • Automated tests cover at least 70 % of business logic Feel free to suggest the best tech stack—Laravel, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, or another framework—so long as it meets the security and performance targets and can be maintained by an internal team later on.
