I have an ongoing initiative that needs a clean, well-structured Microsoft Project Professional file. Your job is to take the rough task list I provide and turn it into a living schedule that highlights the critical path, rolls up into clear reports, and feeds a one-glance dashboard. Here’s what I’m looking for: • A fully linked schedule with predecessors, calendars and critical path clearly visible. • Built-in Progress, Resource Allocation, and Financial reports that refresh automatically. • Dashboard views showing Overall Project Status, Upcoming Tasks & Deadlines, and Resource Allocation Status. Everything must be set up so that when I later insert new tasks or resources, all dates, reports and dashboard widgets recalculate without extra tweaking. Please deliver the finished .mpp file along with any custom fields or views you create and a short note (a page or two is fine) explaining where to add new lines so the automation keeps working.
