I’m creating an immersive residential experience and need every major space—living room, bedroom, and kitchen—brought to life in a clean, modern style. I already have floor-plan sketches and reference images; what’s missing is the VR magic that lets users walk through the home and feel the lighting, materials, and spatial flow as if they were really there. You can use the toolchain you’re most comfortable with—Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar—as long as the final build runs smoothly on mainstream headsets (Meta Quest & PC-VR) and I receive source files for future tweaks. Deliverables I’d like back: • A standalone VR build showcasing the three rooms with smooth locomotion and proper collision • Editable project/source files with neatly organised layers and assets • Four to six high-resolution still renders per room for marketing use Realistic PBR materials, balanced daylight/ambient lighting, and optimised polygon counts are essential so everything looks sharp without performance drops.
