Here’s what I expect to receive: • Lighting-ceiling layout in PDF (DWG if you work in AutoCAD or similar) • Fixture schedule with model numbers, wattage, colour temperature, and dimming details • 2–3 concept visuals or renderings so I can see how the plan will feel in the space If you bring Revit, SketchUp, Dialux, or similar tools into your workflow, that’s a plus, but I’m flexible so long as the final documents are accurate and easy for trades to follow.
