I’m working on a residential project and need a fully detailed 3D model of a modern-style living room. The focus is on clean lines, balanced proportions, and contemporary materials that capture a warm but sophisticated feel for a real-world home. I will supply reference photos, room dimensions, and a rough furniture wish-list as soon as we start. From there, you’ll build the scene, apply realistic materials, set up natural and artificial lighting, and render it so that every texture and reflection reads believably. Preferred tools are Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp with V-Ray/Lumion/Corona—use whichever you’re most comfortable with as long as the result is photorealistic and the source file remains editable on my end. Deliverables • Editable 3D scene file (.blend, .max, .c4d, .skp, or .fbx) • High-resolution still renders from at least three angles (4K PNG or JPG) • All linked textures and HDRIs packaged and clearly labelled • A short note outlining any third-party assets or plug-ins used Once I receive the final package, I’ll review lighting balance, material accuracy, and overall adherence to modern design principles.
