I have a west-facing residential plot measuring 34.9 ft × 60 ft (≈ 231.66 sq yd) and I’m ready to move from sketches to full architectural documentation and presentation-quality visuals. Scope of work I need complete floor plans and exterior/interior 3D visualisation for a three-storey build in a clean, modern style. • Ground floor: a flexible 3 BHK or 2 BHK layout that must keep an enclosed car-parking bay, a cosy back garden for relaxing, plus an outside bathroom and dedicated washing-machine nook. • First & Second floors: two self-contained rental units on each level. Every flat should feature a balcony, an open kitchen, and its own laundry space so tenants don’t crowd shared areas. Deliverables 1. Dimensioned CAD/PDF floor plans for all three levels, including furniture suggestions to verify circulation. 2. At least four high-resolution 3D renders covering front façade, rear garden view, and one interior vantage for both the owner’s unit and a rental unit. 3. Source files (DWG/REVIT/SketchUp or similar) so I can pass them straight to my local engineer. Acceptance The design should comply with standard structural grids for local RCC construction; parking clearance for one sedan is non-negotiable; and balconies must not project beyond the allowable setback.
