Hello, I need a highly experienced full stack developer to make a new Car Dealership website and I can give up to 3 months for this work. The first and the most important thing here is that, due to my past many experiences, I will not able to pay anything in advance or deposit or on-boarding fees and I will pay the full amount only after the website is completely finished without any errors and problems and issues and bugs and only after I am 100% satisfied with the work. I need efficient, clean codes, easy to manage, easy to maintain, easy to understand, codes that follow the official development guidelines and method of whichever tech we use and easy to customize and modify, logical construction, light weight and with a proper management system for all images, details and data and with absolutely no errors or bugs or problems. My present website is https://sonysauto.com and the new website will be about 80-90% same as this website. The present site is very slow and has several issues and I think that is because the older version of React or Next was used for it by the original developer. I have had several developers work on the site in the last 2-3 years and I have spent around $3000-4000 on it, but were not able to fix the problems in it. I am not sure which platform will be best for this website and it could be React, Next, Bootstrap or any other. The important things is that the new site will have to load within 1-2 seconds, like the sites below. You may do some things exactly as it is in the list and it may still not work properly or the way I expect it to work or we may find new unexpected problems in it and so some things may need to be modified or changed or done in a different way or may need further fine tuning. So, if you are interested in this project, I would like for you to send me a proposal detailing all the technologies and the elements that you would want to use for this website. And I would like some details about how exactly you will design this website and what exactly will you do to make sure that the site loads in 1-2 seconds and has absolutely no bugs or errors.
