The aesthetic is Modern—clean lines, restrained materials, and a landscape that feels deliberate rather than decorative. You will turn my architectural drawings into high-quality renders that let me evaluate both the facade and the surrounding grounds. Two areas need particular attention: • Landscaping – layout, plant choices, hard-scaping, and how outdoor lighting shapes the scene at dusk. • Facade details – cladding, window surrounds, entryway treatment, railings, and subtle texture changes that add depth without visual clutter. Deliverables • High-resolution still images (4K+) from at least three key viewpoints. • Native 3D file in your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, etc.). • multiple revision rounds after my initial review. Realism is critical because the renders will be used for both permit sets and marketing material.
