Beyond that, you can set the broader visual language (fonts, icon set, image treatments) so everything feels cohesive even though we haven’t created full brand guidelines yet. Key expectations • Responsive design that looks great on mobile, tablet and desktop • Easy-to-update structure—WordPress, Webflow or clean HTML/CSS are all acceptable as long as future edits don’t require coding expertise • Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags) • Contact page with working form routed to our foundation email • Fast load performance and SSL compatibility Once the site is live and signed off, please provide a short hand-off guide (one or two pages) so my team can swap images or text without breaking layouts.
