Concept design and room layouts are already settled; the next step is to translate them into a clean ArchiCAD model aimed at visual presentation. The file only needs basic structural details—no deep-dive into full MEP coordination—yet it must read clearly for anyone viewing plans, sections, and quick perspectives. The overall aesthetic is modern and minimalist, so the model should reflect crisp lines, restrained materials, and uncluttered geometry. Good layer discipline, logical composites, and accurate zone data will make subsequent rendering or documentation smooth. Please keep the workflow native to ArchiCAD (latest version preferred). IFC or DWG export capability is helpful but secondary. Deliverables • .pln file with organised layers and basic structural elements • A few saved 3D views suitable for client presentation • PDF set of floor plans and one section generated directly from the model for quick reference With concept drawings and room schedules ready to share, you can start modelling as soon as we agree on timing.
