I have complete, well-detailed architectural plans for a four-storey residence with a 50-foot frontage and now need a fresh, modern front elevation that showcases brick and stone as the main skin. The task is two-fold: prepare photorealistic 3D visuals that capture daylight and night lighting, and supply fully dimensioned 2D elevation drawings that my contractor can build from without interpretation. You will receive the CAD files and PDF sets as soon as we start; feel free to overlay your ideas directly onto those. I’m looking for clean, contemporary massing, balanced proportions, and a materials palette that lets the brick and stone read as refined rather than rustic. Window placements, parapet treatments, railings, and any screening elements should all reflect the modern intent. Deliverables • Two high-resolution 3D perspective renders (day and night) • One straight-on 3D elevation view • A 2D front elevation in DWG and PDF, fully annotated and dimensioned • Source files for both the 3D scene and 2D drafting Acceptance criteria: the design must match the provided floor plates, respect the 50-ft width, and show all vertical levels clearly. Up to two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune details such as cladding breaks, joint patterns, and lighting. Looking forward to seeing how you bring this façade to life.
