What I need now are complete construction documents: structural plans that meet local codes, fully coordinated MEP drawings, and modern-style elevations that make the façade pop while staying practical for the site orientation. Key points to keep in mind – West frontage is 44.7; depth runs 53.3. – Parking must fit two cars comfortably. – Modern aesthetic for all exterior views. – Drawings should be permit-ready and accurate enough for my contractor to start work immediately. Proposals with past work samples(of any dimensions, any facing but single floor) get highest priority, also template proposals will be ignored.
