Project Overview launch a professional mobile booking and management system. I have purchased the GoMechPro script (Laravel Backend + Flutter Mobile Apps). I need an expert to install, configure, brand, and deploy the entire ecosystem to my server and the app stores. Scope of Work Server Setup: Install the Laravel admin panel on my VPS (Hostinger/AWS/DigitalOcean), set up SSL, MySQL database, and SMTP for emails. Backend Configuration: * Set up the Admin Dashboard. Integrate Payment Gateways (Razorpay/Stripe). Configure Firebase for Push Notifications. Configure Google Maps API for location-based services. App Customization (Flutter): Change branding (Logo, Splash Screen, Color Palette) to match my Honda Service center. Connect Flutter apps to the Laravel API using the Base URL. Hardcode "Honda" as the primary brand/filter if necessary. Data Entry/Seeding: Help upload an initial list of Honda models (Activa, Shine, etc.) and service categories. Deployment: Generate the signed APK/AAB for Google Play Store and the IPA for Apple App Store. Required Skills Backend: PHP, Laravel 10.x/11.x, MySQL. Mobile: Flutter (Dart), GetX State Management. DevOps: VPS Management, Nginx/Apache, SSL setup. Third-Party: Firebase (FCM), Google Maps API, Payment Gateway integration. Experience: Prior experience with CodeCanyon scripts is a huge plus. Deliverables Fully functional Admin Web Panel. Live Customer App and Mechanic App. Complete documentation of the setup (API keys used, server credentials). Source code with my branding applied.
