Our current site does the job, yet it feels dated and busy. I want to strip it back to a minimalist, clean template that keeps visitors focused on our message while still delivering solid functionality. Three areas need attention: • Design layout – a fresh, grid-based structure, responsive on all devices, with balanced white space and clear hierarchy. • Functionality – smoother page loads, intuitive navigation, lightweight animations only where they add value, and easy-to-maintain sections for future updates. • Content & visuals – concise copy blocks supported by high-resolution stock photography that blends technology-and-business themes with healthcare-service imagery. Think modern tech offices, clinicians interacting with digital tools, data dashboards, etc. I’ll supply existing copy and brand guidelines. You guide the template selection (or build from scratch) so it ticks these boxes: semantic HTML5/CSS3, mobile-first, SEO-friendly, and compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Deliverables 1. Installed or handed-off minimalist, clean template ready for production. 2. All new pages populated with royalty-free stock photos and optimised alt text. 3. Refactored CSS/JS files, clearly commented. 4. A short hand-over document explaining how to update images and text. Acceptance The redesigned site must load in under 3 s on Google PageSpeed for mobile, pass WCAG 2.1 AA colour-contrast checks, and render correctly on screens from 320 px to 1920 px wide. Once the design is in place, a quick walkthrough call will close the project.
