The foundations and plinth beams of my house are already cast and reflected in the current AutoCAD and SketchUp files; what now remains is to rethink the entrance before the next construction phase starts. My priority is to cut the forest of front-side columns down to just two while preserving structural integrity. Alongside that, I’d like the railing refreshed to suit the cleaner look and the ladder area adjusted so it ties in naturally with the new layout. I have attached one image of the existing elevation and another that captures the style I’m aiming for. Please work directly in the supplied .dwg and .skp files, keeping all reference levels, beam positions and the built foundations exactly as they are. Deliverables • Updated AutoCAD drawing (.dwg) showing the modified column arrangement, revised railing, and tweaked ladder entry, fully dimensioned and ready for site use. • Coordinated SketchUp model (.skp) that matches the drawing and includes basic materials so I can quickly visualise the result. • Two or three perspective screenshots confirming the new façade, to speed up my internal approvals.
