The idea is a hinged lid that flips up for full visibility of the buttons; when closed, it should allow the START/STOP to be triggered by a rotation or similar motion that a paw can’t replicate. Plastic is the preferred medium, and I’m leaning toward PLA or PETG, though I’m happy to hear why another grade might perform better inside a warm cabin. The piece must be adjustable or otherwise adaptable so it seats cleanly around the factory trim without permanent alteration to the car.
