The goal is to launch a fully functional Shopify store that lets customers buy our new men’s skincare and haircare lines right away. I already have a logo, a draft color palette, and early-stage packaging files, but the overall visual system still needs polishing so that everything feels consistent once live. Scope of work • Configure a clean, conversion-oriented Shopify theme and tailor it to the brand colors, fonts, and tone we’ve started. • The product is premium focused, accordingly the website needs to be sophisticated and high quality (not the simple shopify free sample themes). • Build out all key commerce pages—home, collection, product description, why us (differentiators), customer reviews, about us story, cart, and checkout—ensuring each product (initially a small range of skincare and haircare items) is easy to find, compare, and purchase. • Set up payment gateways, taxes, basic shipping rules, and automated order notifications. • Integrate high-quality imagery, concise copy blocks, and any future assets I provide without disrupting flow. • Optimize for mobile first, with fast load times and SEO-ready structure. • Connect essential apps for reviews, email capture, and analytics so I can track performance from day one. Acceptance criteria 1. Store goes live on my Shopify account with no placeholder content. 2. Test orders process end-to-end (payment, confirmation email, shipping label). 3. Design elements align with existing logo and color palette, and any gaps are filled with complementary choices you propose and we approve. 4. All pages score green on Shopify’s theme checker for speed and accessibility. Once the site meets those checkpoints, I’ll take over daily management, but I’ll appreciate a short hand-off call or video walkthrough of the admin settings you touched.
