Here’s what must be working in the first release: • Video lessons – streamed (and if possible cached for offline use) with basic topic grouping. • Practice tests – timed or untimed quizzes, auto-scored with a simple results screen. • Study material downloads – organised PDFs or similar, with a basic download manager. A lean student login and an admin panel where I can upload new videos, questions, and documents will cover my immediate needs; no payment gateway or live-class module for now. Tech stack is flexible: Flutter, React Native, or any modern framework that ships to Android first and leaves room for iOS/web later. Just tell me what you work fastest in and note any third-party services you’ll rely on (video hosting, cloud storage, analytics, etc.). Deliverables and acceptance: 1. Installable Android APK (Android 10+). 2. Full source code with setup instructions. 3. A short demo video that shows the three core features running end-to-end.
