I am moving into the first milestone of a full marketplace integration and need this phase to focus exclusively on three pain-points: sluggish performance, uneven UI, and a shaky core. My current build is for personal use, yet I expect commercial-grade polish once this milestone is closed. Here is what must happen in Milestone 1: • Performance – Reduce initial page load and critical user flows to consistently snappy times, confirmed with before-and-after metrics. • UI consistency – Align typography, colour palette, spacing and interactive states so every page feels part of the same product. Design tokens or a lightweight style guide should back the changes. • Core stability – Audit and harden key flows (product listings, cart, checkout, user auth). No unexpected 4xx/5xx errors, race conditions or data loss in normal usage. Acceptance is straightforward: I will run a regression test suite, a Lighthouse report, and a manual walkthrough covering the entire catalog-to-checkout journey. If everything passes without critical issues, the milestone is complete and we can proceed to the next phase. Please build with clean, well-commented code, include a changelog, and commit early and often to the existing repository so I can follow progress in real time.
