Manufacturing-Ready Air Purifier Box

I have a concept for a sheet-metal enclosure that will house a HEPA filter, and now I need it turned into a fully detailed, production-ready design. The finished box must remain within the medium footprint of roughly 24" × 24" × 24" (height, width, depth) and be fabricated in mild steel. Your job is to translate the idea into clear, fabrication-ready data: a 3D CAD air-leakage proof model that accounts for bends, tolerances, fasteners, and gasket seats; flat-pattern DXF files for laser cutting; and concise assembly drawings with a bill of materials. Please build in practical manufacturing considerations—bend reliefs, hole diameters matched to standard hardware, and a simple door or panel for filter replacement—so a metal shop can move straight to production without re-work. Deliverables (all required): • Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Inventor, or compatible STEP) • Flat patterns in DXF format with bend lines annotated • Exploded assembly drawing with call-outs and BOM • Brief note on material thickness, finish, and any welding or fastener specs I’ll review the files against those points and verify that the HEPA filter slides in/out smoothly and all parts align in the model. Once confirmed, I release final approval so you can package everything in a single archive for hand-off to my fabricator.
