The Role You must work US time zone PST 8-10 hours per day. No exceptions. We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoys working across the stack. You’ll help build data-intensive systems end to end—from model pipelines to the user interfaces and APIs that customers rely on every day. What We’re Looking For Must-Have 1. Machine Learning & Data Experience building and deploying ML models (e.g., classification, anomaly / outlier detection) Strong feature engineering and behavioral pattern analysis skills Comfort working with structured data at scale Proficiency with the Python data stack (NumPy, pandas, etc.) 2. Full-Stack & Cloud Modern frontend development (React, TypeScript or similar) Backend API development (Python preferred, but open to equivalents) Experience with relational databases and SQL Solid experience building in a major cloud provider (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure also relevant), including: Deploying and operating backend services Managing cloud resources (networking, storage, IAM) Using infrastructure-as-code or similar automation tools 3. Blockchain Fundamentals Understanding of how blockchains work (transactions, addresses, wallets) Experience working with blockchain data or APIs Familiarity with more than one network (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) Nice-to-Have Domain & Product Experience Background in financial services, fintech, or other data-heavy domains Experience with risk, anomaly, or fraud detection systems Real-time or near-real-time transaction / event monitoring Experience combining rules-based systems with ML models What You’ll Do Design and implement ML models and data pipelines for complex behavioral and transactional data Build tools that analyze activity across multiple blockchain networks Develop dashboards and interfaces that help users quickly understand and act on large data sets Own and evolve APIs that power our core product Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate messy real-world requirements into clean technical solutions Help shape and scale our cloud architecture as we grow Why Join?
